This is what it looks like after 36 hours. It no longer smells like flour and water.

I have added another two tablespoons of each flour and some water. I also decided it was time to wash the bowl.

So it's back to looking like this and starting to smell like something - although Darryl can't tell. I really need to buy a copy of COOKED. It might help me better understand what is happening.
P.S. I do not like "The Good Wife". She's prissy and self-righteous.
P.P.S. I'm in desperate need of an exotic vacation or a pearl ring from Birks.
